Learning outside the classroom.. WOW! That's a big subject! I think that we all learn new things everyday outside of the classroom. In order to learn outside the classroom we need to pay attention to life and our surroundings. Everyday I wake up and plan to seek opportunities to experience every part of life that comes my way. One specific experience I have from learning outside the classroom was actually in a dental assisting internship I did. I had to learn a lot of medical terms and apply them to my internship. There is a course in college on Medical Terminology. Luckily, I already learned it. I will continue to grow each day and learn as each situation presents itself.
